Interdisciplinary Team

Coaches: Shelby Bauchert (Social Studies), Troy Everett (Science), Kristin Gray (Math) Troy Guthrie (Academic Team Coordinator), Alyson Zelencik (English and Academic Team Coordinator), Jennifer Sherbak (Fine Arts)

Accomplishments: To qualify for the state interdisciplinary competition, MVHS had to have a top seven cumulative score across all five rounds at Area competition in Class 1. They were state runner-up. This is the second year in a row that MVHS has qualified an interdisciplinary team.

State Top Ten

Additionally, the entire MVHS Academic Super Bowl team and their coaches were recognized by IASP as a Top Ten Team. This is based on the cumulative score of the five subject rounds at the Area competition for each class/division.
